1. Cancellation Policy
- Since we provide digital products, order cancellation is not possible once the payment has been processed.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for instant download products or custom project codes after delivery.
2. Refund Policy
We offer limited refunds under the following conditions:
- If the purchased source code is not delivered within the promised time, you can request a full refund.
- If the delivered source code has major issues (such as incomplete code, missing essential files, or non-functional scripts), we will either provide a replacement or issue a partial/full refund, depending on the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be issued if the buyer has already downloaded the source code.
- Refunds are not applicable if the buyer purchases the wrong item by mistake.
- We do not provide refunds for customized projects that are developed as per client requirements.
- If the buyer does not have the required technical knowledge to use the source code, we are not responsible for refunds.
3. Exchange Policy
- If there is a genuine issue with the purchased source code, we may offer an exchange for another product of similar value.
- Exchanges will be granted only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
